Ordering

  • How much is shipping?

    Instead of folding shipping costs into product pricing, we charge a flat rate of $15.00 for all Xpresspost shipments.  Orders over $100 have free shipping! Next day delivery for those who reside in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

  • What are your hours of operation?

    SHOPPING HOURS: You can shop and place orders 24/7 every day of the year.

    We process orders from 8:00AM PST – 4:00PM PST

  • Do you guarantee the arrival of my package?

    All our packages come with the ‘on-time delivery guarantee’ and ‘continuous package tracking’ of Canada Post’s Xpresspost service. As long as you don’t provide the wrong address, your package is guaranteed by Canada Post to arrive within one to two business days, with the exception of shipments to Newfoundland, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories.

  • How do I pay for my order?

    All payments are made via INTERAC eTransfer – Canada’s safe, discreet and convenient email-based bank to bank electronic money transfer system. No account details are given and just an email is required. Both parties specify their emails to use and set a password for extra security. If you need to know more check out these Interac FAQs.

  • What happens if my order is too large for mailbox?

    You do not have to use your real name but if your order is too large to fit into your mailbox it will be delivered to a nearby postal outlet. If a fake name is on your package you won’t be able to pick it up.

  • How long will it take to get my package?

    All items are shipped via Canada Post’s Xpresspost service. Deliveries to the Western Region (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba) arrive in two days. Deliveries to the rest of Canada arrive in one day, with the exception of shipments to Newfoundland, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories.  Shipping in the Toronto area will be either same or latest next day!  For further information visit Canada Post’s Xpresspost FAQs

  • Is your service discrete?

    All packages are vacuum sealed in extra thick commercial grade plastic vacuum bags so absolutely no odor can be detected. They are then placed in standard Canada Post Xpresspost envelopes so they look just like any other package the postman might deliver.

  • Do I have to use my real name when placing an order?

    We suggest you use your real name, because if you are not at home when the delivery is made, you will receive a Canada Post “For Pick Up” slip and have to go pick it up at a nearby post office. If your identification doesn’t match the name on the parcel, you won’t be able to pick it up.
